79 Yamaha DT-250 custom start??
I have a 1979 Yamaha DT-250 and that was working fine and the last cane was frozen or values jammed. so I ordered a couple of market after Stage 2 Boyesen reeds. I put them on and now it's usual start. I get a "seat" outside, but won the home. However, as the electrical system and everything works fine. I get a strong blue spark and I'm getting gas and oil. clean air filter. I or should I try to start with starting fluid. i herd that hat is bad for the engine. What should I do?
pull plug, push off switch, kick over a dozen times. reinstall spark plug and try again. personally, I would put a fresh spark plug in it. Are you sure that you have installed the new canes to be there right? tight and everything … could draw air around the boot, where the rods are screwed air mixture / Fuel.
