Prop Aluminum
Does anyone have prop failures?
I have a 1989 Arriva 2050 with a 3.0 liters Mercruiser I / O, I have had 2 props Michigan, where the break points. Corro on the Mississippi River that have not reached anything.I suspect that i am carring cargo could be the main problem.Usually i have 7 or 8 people on board. Accessories are aluminum, 14 "19 pitch.
Your prop is the right size. And Michigan Wheel makes an excellent prop. You may hit a step swim platform or when you're on the edge of the address. You too can be rectified if you pull the boat out of water with the seat all the way. Some guards skeg can achieve if not placed correctly, or if it slips at high speed. Possibly a defective weld, if it has been repaired twice. Grinding the welds Repair weather causes leaves thinner and more prone to cracking in the anterior repair.
